Jurisdictions regularly covered include Roanoke City, Roanoke County, Salem, Botetourt County, Craig County, Franklin County, Montgomery County and Bedford County.  We will consider litigation in other Courts within reasonable travel distance.  We have handled cases in Smith County, to the southwest, and Augusta County, to the north, for example.

Estate Administration

The firm helps executors, administrators, heirs and beneficiaries with estates and issues arising from estate administration. 

As part of our full service philosophy when handling an estate for an executor or administrator, we prepare and send or deliver all required notices, affidavits, inventories, accountings and everything necessary to completely and correctly settle an estate. 

We handle Debts and Demands hearings before Commissioners of Accounts and Show Cause against Distribution hearings in Circuit Court.  We also keep all interested parties fully informed during the administration process.
